The first oil change should be effected after the first 50 working hours: subsequent changes should take places after 500-800 hours or at least once a year in order to avoid sludge deposits, change the oil while it is still warm after gearbox stopping. All plugs should be cleaned. Periodically, check the oil level and top up the gearbox if necessary.
