Does 24/48h delivery apply to customised configurations too?
Yes, for all configurations achievable with the modular architecture of the PGA and PG Series. Fully dedicated projects, which require new engineering, follow lead times agreed with the engineering office at the quotation stage.
How does product traceability work?
Every gearbox is associated with a unique code generated at order acceptance. The code follows the gearbox through every phase: component picking, assembly, testing, shipment. Even years later, we can retrieve the entire history of the unit.
Can I order spare parts for gearboxes installed years ago?
Yes. The traceability system and warehouse organisation allow us to supply spare parts and service even for products installed many years ago.
Do you supply only the gearbox or also integrated design?
Both. We can supply the single catalogue epicyclic gearbox or work alongside the customer at the design stage to define the transmission best suited to the machine, including motor selection, torque calculation, brake sizing and mechanical interfaces.
